I used this in a rotating tumbler to renew hardware for an antique dresser I am restoring. The parts came out very clean but did not lose their original character. I wouldn't use this in a vibration tumbler(kind of an oxymoron) Not abrasive enough.Price Value Quality -

I purchased 8 pounds of this media primarily for cleaning paint and surface rust from small automotive parts and hardware. After 6 hours in a vibrating tumbler, screws, nuts and washers looked the same as when I put them in. No paint or rust was removed at all. I would not recommend this media.Value Quality Price
