About Eastwood Semi Gloss Black 4-1 Quart

Eastwood's new 4:1 2-component (2K) Urethane Ceramic Underhood Black is the only Underhood coating fortified with nano-cermaic technology. Nano-ceramic particles ensure the ultimate in durability, chemical resistance and long lasting looks. Eastwood's Underhood Black is the right 10-20% gloss to match that original sheen. For maximum durability apply over Eastwood's Epoxy Primer. To apply mix 4:1 with urethane activator 21854Z and apply using an HVLP spray gun. One quart covers about 48 square feet, depending on number of coats and thickness.

To apply mix 4:1 with urethane activator 21854Z Reduction is not necessary, but can be achieved using 50104ZP Urethane reducer Apply in two medium wet coats allowing 10-15 minutes between each coat. A dry film thickness of 2 Mils is recommended, complete sure time is 24 hours. Use an HVLP gun with 1.2-1.5 nozzle size. Pot life is approximatley 2 hours
