About Sharkhide Aluminum Protectant Quart
SharkHide Metal Protectant is a proprietary blend of resins suspended in a blend of two different solvents. When applied to a surface, the solvents rapidly evaporate, leaving the actual SharkHide Metal Protectant behind. This forms an air-tight film over almost any metal surface, and will protect against just about anything Mother Nature can throw at it. Not fuel-resistant. Good to 450 degreesF.
Due to regulations pertaining to recycling, we are unable to ship this product to Alberta, Canada.

I trust Eastwood to only offer products that work as advertised. Are they cheap? Yeah, NO.Quality Price Value
Sharkhide is no exception. Only time will tell if the claims are true regarding the reapplication interval, but I don't think Eastwood would risk their reputation. -

I am primarily using to coat original bolts and clips on a 1957 Thunderbird, It is difficult to get cad plating and I am hoping this will keep this hardware from rusting. We will see.Price Value Quality
The product is rather pricey when you include shipping but if it does what it states it will be worth it. -

Review by marineman1972 -
This product is great!!!!! I have used it in the marine field for years.I use it on pontoon and aluminum boats to keep water and scum from staining and adhering to their surface. Its an easy product to use and lasts a long time. This is the only product I have found over the years that you can apply to aluminum that will honestly protect it from the elements.Value Quality Price
