About No-Weld Panel Repair Kit

With this economical and easy-to-use kit, you can carry out a wide variety of auto body repairs even if you don't have access to a welder. Panels are first flanged, then bonded with structural adhesive, and flush-riveted. The panel adhesive eliminates any corrosion at the joint. No-weld panel repair kit comes with everything except the caulk gun and rivets.

Includes dimpling pliers, flanging pliers, compression pliers, 3-side grip holders, 20 blind holders, adhesive with 2 mixing nozzles, an adapter for use with your standard caulk gun (not included), and complete instructions.

I used this to replace my rear lower quarter on my 72 el camino. It worked great and was not that hard, just take your time and follow the directions. By having this product and doing the work myself saved me several hundred dollars and gave me the confidence to tackle more of the project myself. That means more cash in my pocket.

It's a no brainer that not heating body panels will keep them nice and straight. I would not have it any other way. Sealing the work is primeas humidity could be a killer. Otherwise it's the best. Hey, they glue and rivet aircrafts so.....
