Took me a little time to get the money together to get the Argon bottle, but I definitely wanted to use it with welding gas. Working on a old truck and welding in bits and pieces. Got a dash welded in over the weekend and the welder worked great. I'm a little out of practice so they weren't the prettiest welds but the welder worked great, used a 10 spool of wire because I heard it would feed better. I can't comment on the small spool. But very happy with this purchase. Thanks for a great product Eastwood...Quality Price Value -
Excellent price for this welder

Recently purchased the Eastwood 135 mig welder and found it to be of equal quality or better to the Hobart and Lincoln migs of the same class. I have used both the Lincoln and Hobart at work and I feel the weld quality of this machine is just as good as the Lincoln and better than the Hobart. I only found a couple of things that could be improved, one being the drive motor is quite noisy and the other is the pressure roller arm is made of plastic. The only other item that needs addressed is the chart for setting wire speed and voltage does not cover. 030 fluxcore wire settings. All in all I would say that this is an excellent performing machine for the money.Value Quality Price

I was using a smaller (105A) Campbell Hausefield that I've had a several years and it was a real P.I.T.A. to adust, resulting in much frustration and poor quality work.
I should've bought this years ago. -
Very happy with this welder so far

Fast shipping with the free shipping option, very happy with this welder, very easy to use I'm just starting to learn to weld. I bought a Lincoln 100hd few weeks ago but it only has 4 heat position to work with so for a beginner this is hard.I'm looking to get the welder table from Eastwood as well looks like is a good buy.Price Value Quality -

Review by Jim -
This machine performs very well and very east to use. The price point is very afforable, now with that cheap of a price and the weld quality it give the machine has to lack somewheres and thats the face plat it's plasic. Now that's only the face plate who cares with the indefinate knobs setting this machine to the exact heat and wire feed is alot better then some of the big named companies out there. We had a issue with credit card it went through twice but they are by far the best company to deal with when it comes to customer service. WOW, is all I can say to their customer service team by far the best I've ever delt with. Can't wait to do buisness again with them. Awesome company keep it up.Quality Price Value -

I have had this welder for a short time now, and I have only used flux core wire thus far, but the welder has performed admirably. This is miles beyond compared to the junky Harbor Freight MIG I've borrowed from a friend on occasion. I do recommend this to everyone looking to get a great welder and can't justify purchasing a more expensive piece. Flux core works well, but it's not pretty, I can't wait to get some gas and give it a go.Value Quality Price -

I picked up this welder about a year ago and have been putting it through the paces from day one. I use both a Lincoln ane a Miller at work and the Eastwood performs just as well as each of those units. I have welded auto body panels all the way up to 1/4" plate with it with good sucess. I will say welding that thickness may require multiple passes...Quality Price Value
I have fabbed plenty of projects with this welder without issues. The only minor inconvenience is its ability to feed smaller spools of wire. I played around with a smaller spool of flux core at first and I had multiple feed issues. I added tri-mix and a 10lbs spool of solid core and have been issue free sense.
Overall I would say it is an excellent value, and a very solid performing utility welder.
