    Fantastic welder! (Posted on 4/13/2014)
    Review by Jordan
I've mounted 3/16 rock skis with flux wire, and done body work and diff armor running gas. This thing is a great value and if you're on the fence like I was, just buy it. You won't regret it. I'm not out there using it all the time, but I can trust it to work when I want it to. Very pleased...
Drive roller assembly issue (Posted on 4/7/2014)
    Review by Robert
The drive roller assembly would not let me load flux core wire. The roller grove did not line up with the inlet and the gun outlet port. Solid core wire was also difficult to load due to this. Emails to techelp@eastwood.com went unanswered for a while. Mr. Ed O'Brien did come through, offering a new drive motor.
Once I install that I'll let you know how it works. For the money it seems like a good buy never the less.
bought this welder after looking at others (Posted on 3/31/2014)

ok so I decided to buy this welder after looking at all the other's Price wise when I bought was good at 299. on 3/10/14 .. took about 3-4 days to get. fedx delivery was not to smart the day it was delivered it happen to be snowing out.(last snowstorm For Mich) anyways they just left it on the porch no knock on the door nothing needless to say when I happen to look there was about 5 inches of snow on the box .. all I can say is Dam good Job Eastwood for packing that so nothing got wet ..after letting the box dry off and all about 2 days to make sure nothing got wet when opening it . set it up and it worked like a champ. only thing I hate is about 2 weeks after getting it they decide to put it on sale At a price of 279.99 and free shipping ..But it was still a good price any way so I do not regret getting this at all.

GREAT DEAL imperfect (Posted on 3/21/2014)
    Review by Dan
When cold takes awhile to start wasting wire but once started seems like it is warmed up. A few cosmetic problems, the Argon input is right in middle of machine which hits the tank when on cart, Also welder door hits cart when trying to open, Have to lift welder to open door.
Awesome Welder for the Cost (Posted on 3/21/2014)
    Review by Jim
I, like some, fell victim to the DOA drive motor. I must say Eastwood’s customer service handled the issue promptly and professionally and soon, I had a replacement welder at my door step.

This little 110V welder surprised me. I ran a few tests on some 1/8” stock (.023 wire with C25) and had no problems with penetration. The resulting welds where strong and the joints bent without breaking when subjected to the sledgehammer treatment.

Overall, this is a great little welder and you can’t beat the price. I primarily got this for automotive body work and I believe it will be perfect for my needs.
Good low end welder (Posted on 3/19/2014)
    Review by Andrig
I bought the MIG 135 after reading lots of reviews of various welders, and enough people had success with this, along with the price point, I decided to give it a try. I just completed my first welding project with it, and I must say I am very pleased. I was welding on a car project with .125" plate steel (off road reinforcements), and it handled the job with ease. The table on the inside for power and feed speed are quite accurate based on some test welds I did before welding on the car. For the price, I don't think you can beat this handy little MIG welder.
Just what I needed! (Posted on 3/10/2014)

Looking to get a plasma cutter now becas i am impressed with the welder. Only thing it the cart it so slick the welder move all over and you have to move it to one side to open the welder door. Other then that it is amazing for my stuff i weld.

    Review by Willy
Got the MIG 135 for Christmas for learning to MIG weld and for using in my 1965 Mustang resto-mod project. The machine has worked great so far, practicing and building my first project (weding table/cart). My friend, who is helping me with the car was so impressed with it that he ordered a TIG and Plasma Cutter from Eastwood, since he already had a MIG. His MIG is a late 90's Crafstman also in 110v, and the Eastwood is about half its size. He also said that the recommended settings on the Eastwood's door are much more accurate that on the Craftsman, the gas regulator is also a lot nicer. Plus, you can't beat the price!!! Shipping was unbelievably fast (shipped the day after I placed the order and it was in my garage 2 days later). All in all, VERY pleased with the purchase and am looking forward to getting many years of use out of it.
