I had to buy 24 lock washers (like others on here). ok not a big deal. start putting the rest together and the shelves holes don't even line up with the holes on the support rails and the center of the top shelf is all bent. Overall it seems a little flimsy for having to support a heavy 92 cf tank and a welder. Even though I don't have the time and this was cheaper, building one myself that was a little sturdier with everything lining up would have been the better choice. Or invest in a little bit more expensive one instead of this "quick fix"

good product works well but your 135 mig welder isn't able to open side door without tipping welder to left

I was very dispointed in the hardware quality, and the fact that they send out the same welding cart for all the welders, when in fact the 175 welder NEEDS a wider top shelf! (Posted on 5/6/13) Review by Richard

Also the rear area for the argon tank is way too small if you wanna use the big tanks availble out there on the market, we have to modify this are on BOTH welding assy's I bought from Eastwood, the TIG200 and the 175 MIG cart assys....

Well its a cart. It seems stable enough and does have 2 extra shelves for stuff and hooks for your cables and helmet. Some people complain because you have to tilt the welder to open the door but that is not a problem for me because that lip helps keep the welder on the cart. If I could change something, I would put a lock on at least 1 caster so it doesn't want to roll away on a slope but I could get a locking caster at the store and swap it so no real problem with the cart.

I bought this cart to go along with my mig 135. The cart was easy to assemble. it is sturdy enough. The one glaring problem is the fact you can't open the side cover of the welder while it is on the cart. You have to lean the welder over to open it up. They really should have put more thought into th design. Other than that I am happy with it.

This cart is large enough to hold a lot of my welding supplies and sturdy enough to move them around with no problem. The only complaint I have is that when I put my Eastwood 135 on the top shelf that I can't open the side door without lifting the welder.

For the price paid its a good welding cart for home use. As others have said most all of the "lock washers" are missing???????

Went together easily, rolls well, was not designed to hold the big gas bottle that I have been using. I had to put a toolbox draw liner on the top shelf to keep my mig welder from moving.

I purchased the 12236 welding cart to go with my 175 Mig (GMAW) welder. The construction is of very good quality. It is easy to move around when loaded with gas bottle, welder, and welding tools. It is easy to put together and instructions are easy to follow. I did modify the right side of the top shelf so the door on my 175 mig welder would open and not interfer with the shelf. It was something I did to my liking. I also added some padding between the tank and cart just to make the tank a little more stable. Again just to my liking. The cart is very stable when moving it around my shop. No fear of falling over or tipping. I've used several expensive top band name welders that have heavy duty carts. I'll take the Eastwood cart and welder arrangement over the big name units.I like the shelves and the side hangers for welding cables and/or the mig gun line are very handy and well placed. I would recommend this cart for your welding needs. Good buy.

It's a perfect fit for my welder. Well worth the price, but the one I received should have been offered as damaged, or factory second, although the damages are minor and can be beat out with my hammer, it still looks as if it had a 'bout with the thrasher. I'm not one to be concerned over whether it looks new and pristine or like a workhorse. But there is that disappointment and slight lean towards the feeling that I wasn't quite told everything. It's obvious the damages occurred before it was packaged, so it wasn't shipping damage.
But it will do the job, and I will be relived each time I pull out my welder.
If you buy this cart, buy yourself 2 dozen 1/4 lock-washers. You'll be glad you did.
