About Internal Frame Coating w/Spray Nozzle
Use our Internal Frame Coating to make your chassis rust-free throughout! Tough phenolic resin penetrates, converts and encapsulates the rust on the internal surface, and zinc phosphate seals it to prevent future corrosion. Penetrates under the heaviest surface rust. If not treated, the metal surface will continue to rust and begin to show as paint flaking, pin holes or even worse—structural frame failure.
14-oz. aerosol can includes an 24"-long extension tube with conical nozzle that reaches in to apply the coating in a radial spray pattern for complete coverage. Insert into bolt holes, lightening holes and any open access area in the frame. Spray using a back or forth motion to cover entire internal frame area. Two 14-oz. aerosol cans are required for a subframe vehicle, 3 cans for a full-frame vehicle or truck. Fully cures in 24 hours. Made in the USA.
Due to regulations pertaining to paint recycling, at this time we are unable to ship this product to Alberta, Canada.

Works well
Review by Joe -
Value Quality Price I am coating inside the frame and body/ floor supports. Looks like it is coating good. If the body is on the frame I would recommend tapping all the holes except the one you are entering. if not you will have over-spray from each hole.

Excellent Product!

Value Quality Price I used three cans of this product to coat the inside frame of my Jeep Wrangler. (You should tape all holes that you are not using because it will spray out of them and make a mess.) I suggest removing the tape as soon as you finish spraying.
The frame took three cans of paint and effectively sealed the entire frame with the body off. I thought the product was great. I wish I had purchased two more cans and added some more. The tube stayed on the brass fitting well and it did clog up at the very end of the can. It is a very effective system. And it seemed to be a well thought out system for this particular problem. -

Excellent Product

Value Quality Price I had some concerns with rust in box-sections/sills of my 62 sprite. Drilled some holes and found that overall was not bad, but did have some rusty areas. After blowing out (compressor and vacuum) sand and debris, I applied coating.
Spray worked as described and I had no problems with tip. I purchased 4 cans and I used 1 on right sill. I plan on completing other side and working my way back to trunk.
So far, GREAT PRODUCT! -

Excellent, it's what I've been looking for.

Value Quality Price I ordered a couple of cans to do some work on my '72 VW sedan. I read other reviews that had problems with the nozzle assemblly coming off. . . this problem has obviously been taken care of. The new nozzle comes attached to it's own spray button, instead of being pushed into the existing spray button, like WD-40.
I used one can to spray inside of my bugs heater channels and napoleon hat. Second can will be used for some other nooks and crannies. It has a consistancy a little stiffer than water, but coats everything very well.
I have been looking high and low for a system to get this job done and this product fits the bill perfectly. -

Used in Rocker Panels
Review by JOHN -
Value Quality Price I used this product in hopes of stopping the progression of pinholes in my 2003 Buick Century rocker panels. I fished the spray tube up the center rocker drain hole. For this kind of application I wished the spray tube was a bit longer, but the spray pattern is real good so maybe I covered most of the inside of the rockers. A little "Pre" sprayed through the spray tube cleans it out well after the job is done.

Excellent on my VW bug

Value Quality Price I ordered and used 2 cans for painting the inside of my heater channels and other nooks and crannies.
First of all, I read some customer reviews on other websites where there were problems with the spray nozzle popping off. . . this problem has been resolved by re-engineering the extension tube. It now comes attached to its own spray button, not pushed into the button like WD-40. No problems with this whatsoever.
I used one can to paint inside of my heater tubes, front and back sections of the heater channels, front firewall and napoleon hat. I used a second can painting inside of the heater channels, around the heater tubes and giving the inside of the heater tubes a second coat, as well as the front and rear sections of heater channel.
This stuff goes on with the consistency of water, but leaves a nice, full coating.
I am ordering 2 more cans to get down inside of the front door hinge sections down to the heater channels. -

Value Quality Price for first time trying, i should've bought two cans for my subframe. by the time i got the jist of it, i had used it all up and missed some spots, but they should get covered when i paint. i cant say how well it holds up yet, but seems to have done a good job. i would buy this again for the next project.

Works well, just requires more.

Value Quality Price I ordered 4 cans for my frame and used all 4 as it is hard to tell the coverage inside the frame. Better to use a little extra than not enough. Happy with results.

Time saver for sure
Review by Ed -
Value Quality Price I used to waste a lot of paint trying to coat the inner frame of my Isuzu diesel pup projects. I would lift the frame up with my tractor and pour paint through the frame and let it run through. Then I would turn the frame and do it all again.
This is a fantastic product and saves me so much time, and it really covers well and probably does a much better job than the way I was doing it as far as coverage is concerned. Thanks EASTWOOD!! -
