The product was featured in Hot VW's Magazine as a method of treating a very ignored area in VW restoration. It covered well, the spray nozzle performed beautifully. Now if the product does as its portrayed. My car will be in good shape. Also very useful for any inaccessible nook or cranny. My plan is to order a few more cans. The product goes fast. Doesnt take be a few seconds and you've emptied the can. Personally I have never purchased anything from Eastwood that I wasnt very satisfied with.

I used it to seal the rocker panels on my restoration. I also used it for the frame. The coat goes on nicely and thanks to the Extension hose make it great for those hard to reach areas. In some cases wish the hose was a little longer. But Highly recommended.

This internal frame coating was used to coat inaccessible areas of a toolbox. There are hat sections that support the drawer slides. Rust was visible but allowed no access for rust removal so I coated the area of the blind hat section with Eastwood's Internal frame coating and the included extension with nozzle made application a breeze. I was refurbishing the toolbox and my main concern was the elimination of rust and this product helped me do that.

My 2010 Equinox was starting to show signs of slight corrosion on the underside. So I figured I would wash it down and then use this product to coat as much of the vehicle as I could. The spray nozzle worked like a charm. I was able to get into the uni-body frame and other places where salt likes to sit. I'm going to buy another can to coat any where else on the floors, etc. It doesn't come off the skin easy so I'm hoping it's the same on metal. Time will tell if it stops the rust that's there and prevents other rust from forming.

The product is good. I didn't want to just spray a wax product in the frame and trap the rust, so this seems to be a good alternative. The challenge of course is that i have no idea how long it will last, or how well it protects, but something is better then nothing. It is very thin, and it will drip out of the frame. Also, because you can't really control the wand, you will get uneven coverage. I flipped my frame over and did this from top and bottom using every hole I could find. I even used on some external spots that the sandblaster could not reach. I think the price for a spray can is a bit much, but that is the cost for a specialty product. I bought 3 cans and used 2.5 on a TR6 frame. I would 2 cans should normally do it, but I went around and did some touch up just in case.

Also, do this before you paint the frame, it does run out the holes, even where you don't expect it too.

I've been using this for several years and can't say enough good things about it. Remember to place drop cloths under the area being coated to catch any run off. This coating flows very well. To control the wand better, get a piece of welding rod or coat hanger, make a small 90 degree bend near the end and tape the wand to it. Use the wire to give you better control over the wand!

I masked off holes and put tarps on the floor after reading other reviews as a percaution. I really enjoyed the flexible extension once I got use to the flow rate I did my entire frame and also other areas that I could get the extension in.

Wow! The long tube and can reach areas where I cannot. I sprayed in areas where I could not get Rust Encapsulator. I also sprayed in the cowl area of my mustang. I liked this product so much, I bought another can. Recommended!
