Evercoat® Super Build 4:1 Primer Surfacer has twice the film build of other polyester primers 2-component primer surfacer has exceptional filling capabilities, and can even be applied directly over properly sanded and cleaned bare metal. Easy 4:1 mix with catalyst included.

About Evercoat Super Build Primer Gallon Kit 4:1

You'll appreciate the way it sprays out to a smooth, no-texture finish that's easy to sand level. Use it on bare metal, SMC, rigid plastics, aluminum, and over body fillers and putties. Compatible with waterborne and solvent-based paint systems and is VOC-compliant. Pot life is 60 minutes at 75 degreesF after mixing. 1 gallon covers 1200 sq. ft.

1-gallon Evercoat Super Build
1-qt. Polyester Primer Catalyst

Use a primer gun with a 1.6mm to 2.2mm fluid nozzle/air cap. Adjust air pressure to 40-45 psi for conventional guns, or 10 psi at the cap for HVLP. Apply 2 to 3 medium wet coats, allowing 5 to 10 minutes of flash time between coats.
