I bought this to refinish my aluminum rims. With almost no experience in refinishing rims the DVD was important to me. The only reason value was rated down is because the information, while very good, is not specific to the kit or to refinishing wheels; however, a wide range of buffing information is there (& for other projects too)... should be able to complete the project this week after work.
