Factory Gray Exhaust Detailing Kit - 1 each of Factory Gray High Temp Coating (34105Z), Exhaust Paint aerosol (10020Z) and a Pack of 3 disposable foam brushes (34152). The pint of High Temp Coating provides enough material to cover one pair of exhaust headers or a few pairs of cast iron manifolds. One aerosol can of Silver Exhaust Paint covers about 6 square feet.Due to the new regulations pertaining to paint recycling we are unable to ship this product to Alberta Canada at this time.

The Factory Gray Exhaust Detailing Kit (10132Z) includes a can of Factory Gray High Temp Coating (34105Z), Exhaust Aer. Paint (10020Z) and pack of 3 application brushes (34152) at a savings over individual pricing. The pint of High Temp Coating provides enough material to cover one pair of exhaust headers or a few pairs of cast iron manifolds. One aerosol can of Silver Exhaust Paint covers about 6 square feet.

These products air cure. Heat curing can occur after allowing coating to air dry overnight to whenever convenient without adversely affecting durability.

Curing in the oven is not recommended because unpleasant fumes are given off and it may cause the manifold to warp. If you must cure the manifolds in the oven, bolt the flanges to something solid or to each other and place in a well ventilated oven for 20-30 minutes.

Work in a well ventilated area when mixing, applying or curing this coating. Wear a respirator like our Professional Respirator (34229) with fresh cartridges if spray applying these products.
