    Evercoat's 440 Express Micro Pinhole Eliminator is a quick fix for micro pinholes that are hard to identify prior to primer application. This 1K patented technology is a high-solids polyester that is easy to apply and quick to dry. 440 Express will not shrink, therefore preventing the micro-pinholes from showing through the repair after the vehicle has been painted. It only takes 30 seconds to a better repair! Kit includes 4oz bottle of 440 Express applicator backing pad and applicator sponges.

    Application

    Shake 440 Express and apply a small amount on the applicator spongeWipe across entire area repair area.Continue to wipe until a light coat of 440 has been applied.allow to dry 15 minutes and apply surfacer/primer.if you over applied 440, it can be sanded with 400-500 grit abrasive.not recommended over conventional body fillers and primer-surfacer, use overglazes and finishing putties.
