About Economy Stand
Base and platform are cast iron, connected by a steel post. Stand must be bolted to the floor. Some drilling may be required. 3-legged base is 18" in diameter.
Pedestal post, base, top platform and instructions
Pedestal must be securely bolted to the floor.

Works well with some extra effort

I bought this with the 1HP buff motor. I thought the stand was a bit too unstable for this application so I drilled and tapped the post for the bottom 3 bolts and then drilled and tapped the post and motor base with 2 extra holes. Once together with all the bolts tightened into the post it is very stable. It is so stable that by adding rubber feet to the stand I can use without bolting to the floor. Took an extra hour but it is worth the effort.Price Value Quality -

Excellent value. as stated in product information, design for bolting to floor, but can also bolt to wooden board(s). I bought a second stand after using the first one for several months.Quality Price Value
