About Blast Media Sifter Screen
Sifter Screen works like a "filter" to remove large, unwanted debris out of recycled media. Using sifted media reduces the chance of clogged nozzles in your blast cabinets, siphon blaster, or pressure blaster.

When I strain my media there are many particles that are not sifted out that could potentially clog the nozzle of your media blaster. Utimately, I went to Home Depot in the wall mounted AC section I purchased a foam flexible filter and then placed it over the sifter and it did a much better job of filtering out the paint flakes and other particle that come off while blasting. So really I am just using the sifter as a support for my AC foam filter.Price Value Quality -

Nicely made but I don't think it was ever tested. Passes ultra fine sand nicely. Does not pass fine sand very well. Overall diameter is just too small to fit in a standard 5 gallon pail. Opening is almost as large as my sandblast funnel but it has no pilot to hold it in place. Therefore you need a second person to hold the funnel and sifter aligned. Or a second person to hold the sifter up from a pail when using it.Price Value Quality
