I probably order from Eastwood a dozen times per year, and some orders are large or heavy. Buyers club is by far the cheapest way to get their products delivered. Rather than go to the paint store (at a cost of time and money for gas), I just order from Eastwood with no shipping cost.

Have been a Buyer's Club member since I first saw it listed. Great value on just the free shipping, without even considering the special offers. HOWEVER....it could be better if an e-mail were sent before it EXPIRES! Being caught blindside by a $17 shipping charge is disturbing. I will admit I should have noticed BEFORE filing the order, and I'll be on the lookout in the future. And as long as I work on cars (till I die!), I'll be a member.

I find that I now buy a lot more from Eastwood since I do not have to worry about a shipping charge. I also can take advantage of sales and specials and not worry about ordering enough to make it worth while paying shipping.

I phoned in to see if the proper procedure was to order this on your first order with stuff you need. Yes, they said and I did.

From that point on my order was messed up.

When I phoned in when it did not ship after 2 days, they said they could only see that I bought this Buyers Club, all my items were gone. More calls, more confusion. When something did ship... yup, only the Buyer's Club shipped. More calls, and finally they got the items to ship, many days after ordering.

Do not buy this online, phone in and buy it. Then on your first order, do not wait to complain if it fails to ship, call right away. Keep notes.

No one ever called me back to explain what had happened, so I expect it happens regularly.

If you are planning on doing a bunch of automotive restoration work, then you've probably heard about the great products Eastwood has (and probably why you're here!)

I got a restoration myself last year and hesitantly bought the Buyer's Club. Best thing I could have done. Now, if you just need a thing or two, buy it and that's the price. I can't calculate how much shipping I've saved in the past year or so.

I recommend this wholeheartedly. I can't remember the number of times I saw something cool for a couple of bucks, bought it, and saved on the shipping that could be the price of the product.

Buy it! You know you want to!!

For only thirty dollars I get to save on untold amounts of shipping costs. And, that's great for all of the steel or liquid products that are heavy! I also do plenty enough of my own powder coating...so, the 15% off on the powders is nice,too.
