I bought this welder a number of years ago and I should have returned it when I had a chance. I just thought it was me. This thing would be lucky to weld 1/8. If thinker it would not penetrate and thinner it will burn through. I do think the amperage adjustment even makes a difference after 60. The Spot welder that you can purchase with it is a complete joke.

what a piece of JUNK.

This shouldn't even be called a welder.

The duty cycle isn't long enough to weld 2 paper clips together.

100% pure crap!

Eastwood is a good company and have bought several items from them, but the item was a piece of junk and did not work right of the box.
