Yes, these can be bought elsewhere, but the Eastwood price is right in line.

I race karts, including vintage karts, and I needed some light in my 7 by 12 enclosed trailer. Whipped up some little brackets out of 1" by 1/8" aluminum bar, and with a little bunchee cord mounted 4 of these in the overhead in my trailer. Excellent coverage, excellent light, and the batteries will nearly last forever. And I have 4 flashlights at the ready by just pulling them out of the bunchee cord.
