I used to cover adjacent areas when MIG welding. But I found a great use for this when welding under the car today. I don't have a lift and have to crawl under the car with jackstands. You can cover yourself with this blanket and save yourself a lot of misery when welding under the car.

A little expensive, but it's become a must-have item.
