Ok where to start its a great welder. putd down a great bead and did great til one day i turned it on and had no gas. I purchased this welder a few months ago for welding in braces and brackets for a four link suspension im designing for my 67 camaro. About 3/4 of the way through the project the cheap plastic gas delivery system (that the hose plugs into) cracked. so i call the tech line which says there either on the line or closed which is a horrible way to be, you cant even hold on the line u just have to leave a message or nothing. so i leave a message and call customer service in which someone answers right away. I stated my problem and told them about how big of a rush i was in to get this project finished, i was assured that the tech service would call me back that day (friday). well no call then a long wait through the weekend and no call monday, so i call back tuesday and explain noone ever called me back to which they say oh ok ill resend it and they will get back to you asap, again no call back that day. i call again the next day furious and explain i know the problem i just want the replacement part or a replacement unit to which im told it has to go through the tech service i ask for a manager whos convieniently not in. he says that he sees all the notes from previous calls and sends it again. i call the tech line again just to get the same were either busy or closed so i leave another message. within an hour i get a call from a tech saying he had gotten my message i left, to which i ask if he had gotten anything from customer service from the last week, he responds no however upon searchin found the notes from my calls. i explain my problem he assures me im right and says as long as i call customer service back the next day before noon that they will overnight my part to me. Great i think. so i call the next morning and customer service says yes i see the notes from the tech and i will get the part and overnight it. i even get a call back later stating that they had pulled the part and it was going to be shipped out. the part should have arrived on thursday which was 3 days ago so once again i have to wait til monday and call back to deal with THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECH THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. and thats bad cause i deal with several a week due to my job.

At the end of the day im not sure if saving a couple hundred dollars was worth the hassle of this. either way im kinda stuck maybe if i ever recieve my replacement parts i can get back to my projects.
