Fair, not great, but very affordable. It definitely has it's place.
Smaller than expected (probably my own fault for not paying closer attention to details). Weaker than thought - I assumed 25# would be quite strong and would work for everything. This is fairly strong and will work for some stuff. I will need to get a larger/stronger magnet, but I am certain that this one will be with me for many years.

Why is it call 25lb magnet , that's not it's weight is it
This magnet has a maximum holding force of 25 LBS. The unit is much lighter than that.
