worked as advertised, had no problem with adhesive transfer, was surprised it worked well with waterborne base coat.

This is a great way to save time when masking off to paint flames or what ever. It does leave some adhesive behind, but it is removed with adhesive and wax remover.

Try SEM-Solve 38374. I've used it on un-clear coated waterbased Auto Air, with no damage.
Put a little on lint free cloth and try in an inconspicuous area to test it. It should work though. It's a nice formula that shouldn't hurt the paint.

The product worked perfectly as advertised, and the paint came out great... Until I peeled off the Sticky Mickey film.. It left an adhesive residue behind that I can't remove without affecting the new paint. I'm lost for a solution...
