The 2011 Eastwood Vegas Dream Ride Tour

This promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are between 25 and 70 years of age as of time of event. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is sponsored by The Eastwood Company, located at 263 Shoemaker Rd., Pottstown, PA 19464. Employees, affiliates and vendors of The Eastwood Company, subsidiaries, parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible.

How to Enter: Beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 9, 2011 until 11:59 A.M. ET on October 14, 2011 (the "Contest Period"), you may enter The 2011 Eastwood Vegas Dream Ride Tour (the "Contest") in any of the following ways: (i) online, by visiting (the "Eastwood Website") and completing and submitting the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address); or (ii) mail, by hand printing your name, complete address, phone number (including area code) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to: "The 2011 Eastwood Vegas Dream Ride Tour, 263 Shoemaker Rd., Pottstown, PA 19464". Entrants using US mail may enter one time. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 12, 2011 and received October 13, 2011. Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, corrupt, and incomplete entries are void. All eligible entries received will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing. When you enter at the Eastwood Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails, reminders for upcoming Eastwood promotions and information about Eastwood. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning. The Eastwood Company is not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, online computer systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the Eastwood Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing, typographical, or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, inaccurate, illegible or arrive postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of The Eastwood Company and will not be returned. A purchase will not increase chance of winning. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE EASTWOOD COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Eligibility: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are between 25 and 70 years of age or older as of time of event (September 9, 2011), except Eastwood Company employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses regardless of where they reside). The Eastwood Company reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential Grand Prize Winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if The Eastwood Company determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential Grand Prize Winner might reflect negatively on The Eastwood Company. Any and all guarantees with respect to any prize element are subject to the Eastwood Company's terms. This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and its territories, possessions, and commonwealths and where prohibited by law.

How the Grand Prize Winner will be Determined:
Grand Prize Winner Drawing and Notification: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be chosen by The Eastwood Company in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Contest Period on or about October 17, 2011. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail. If The Eastwood Company is unable to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner within three (3) business days of the initial attempt, if the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to return all requested forms fully-executed by the specified date, or if the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, his/her place as a possible Grand Prize Winner will be forfeited at The Eastwood Company's discretion, and an alternate Grand Prize Winner shall be selected.

The Eastwood Company's decisions with respect to the Grand Prize Winner and other matters pertaining to the Contest shall be final and binding. By entering into the Contest, each entrant consents to the use by The Eastwood Company of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice, performance and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements now or hereafter known, worldwide and without limitation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends upon on the number of eligible entries received for the entire Contest Period.

General Conditions: Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in The Eastwood Company's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, The Eastwood Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Contest, or to terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on The Eastwood Website. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, The Eastwood Company reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the potential Grand Prize Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Such Authorized account holder will be required to comply with these Official Rules. The Eastwood Company reserves the right to modify the Contest rules at any time. Acceptance of Risk
By entering the Contest, you understand and agree that you must evaluate and bear all risk associated with purchasing, redeeming, participating in, or otherwise using any Grand Prize provided through The Eastwood Company. Without limiting the foregoing, you understand and agree that the Grand Prize may include activities with significant safety risks to you. You and any other participants represent and warrant that you and they (1) reasonably anticipate these safety risks and accept them, (2) have had time to consider and review all relevant information regarding participation in the experience, (3) voluntarily choose to participate in the experience, and (4) knowingly and voluntarily assume, as between you or them and The Eastwood Company, all risks associated with the experience.

By entering, all participants and/or entrants agree to release the Eastwood Company, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Contest and/or his/her receipt or use of any element of the Grand Prize awarded in this Contest.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize which consists of: Three night hotel accommodations, Round-trip airfare (taxes included) from major airport closest to winner's home, a Dream Cars Race Track Experience (see below for additional details) and entrance to the 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV. The components of the "Grand Prize" are valued at approximately $4,000 as of September 9, 2011. Winner must be available for travel between the dates of November 1 and 6, 2011, and prepared to participate in the Dream Cars Race Track Experience on November 5, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV.
The Dream Cars Race Track Experience is an event sponsored by Dreamdealers USA LLC during which participants personally spend approximately 4 ½ to 5 hours driving five (5) supercars selected by Dreamdealers USA LLC. In addition, participants receive a complimentary continental breakfast, a driver's certificate, a 3-D crystal etching of their favorite vehicle, and photographs of their driving experience. Participants must meet the following requirements:
-Driver must be between twenty-five (25) and seventy (70) years old. Drivers over 70 may participate pending insurance company approval.
-Driver must hold a valid US or Canadian driver's license. Other license holders will require prior authorization.
-Driver must currently hold insurance from a recognized insurance company. Drivers who attempt to participate after receiving, or being informed of, a suspension or other violation or misdemeanor on their license which might preclude them from being covered by insurance will be subject to the cancellation policy.
-Driver must be able to operate a manual transmission and drive the car without the aid of special equipment.

Though there are no height and weight restrictions, drivers weighing more than two hundred and eighty (280) pounds or taller than 6'5" (195 cm) may be extremely uncomfortable and are advised to contact Dreamdealers USA LLC in advance of their Dreamdealers USA LLC experience. Car lineup is subject to change without notice; comparable vehicle substitutions will be made. In the event of a mechanical difficulty, backup cars will be available.
Participants will receive information about their experience about fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event, including notification of arrival time and meeting location for the driver briefing. Driver briefings cover car presentation, route information, group, selection and rules. Dreamdealers USA LLC requires that drivers maintain a current insurance policy in the state of their residence in order to participate. In the event of vehicle damage, the driver's policy is primary; Dreamdealers USA LLC may provide excess coverage if the driver's policy is exhausted. Dreamdealers USA LLC maintains event liability coverage while drivers use their fleet. Dreamdealers USA LLC recommends wearing sport shoes since many of the vehicles' pedals are close together, boots are not recommended; Comfortable driving attire and sunglasses are recommended; Dreamdealers USA LLC prohibits decorative metal belts as these may damage seat leather.

General Prize Conditions: All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner's responsibility. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at The Eastwood Company's sole discretion. The Eastwood Company reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

Disputes: Each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Sponsor in connection with this Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Pennsylvania.
