About SEM Vinyl Paint Sand-Free Primer 11.5 Net

Sand Free is a blend of solvents that slightly softens plastic surfaces for enhanced adhesion of the vinyl dye. This product is usually used after the application of Plastic Prep (52056z). Plasitc Prep and Sand Free are available in a money saving kit (52042z).Due to the new regulations pertaining to paint recycling we are unable to ship this product to Alberta Canada at this time.
