Whole roll cage built with minimal issues
I did have an issue with a bend pin, but Eastwood remedied that quickly.

Nice Unit
I need to fight the pin out of the saddle to get the bent tube out, but I figured out a technique to make it work. Probably just that I am using it at its limit on 2" x .120-wall tube.

Fits the Woodward WFB2
Bought this to find out if the Woodward Fab and Eastwood tube bending dies were interchangeable. The answer is yes. These dies fit the Woodward Fab WFB2 bender.
Read the other reviews and I can tell you the one where the holding clamp got bent was operator error. If you use the shortest pin it doesn't seat far enough and the bottom will slip off. So make sure you use the correct pin.

advice for soft tubing
Reading through the reviews I see many questions about bending aluminum and kinking issues. The trick to bending soft materials with any bender is to cap one end of the tube, fill it with sand, then cap the final end. The sand will go around the bend and support the tube from the inside.

Fantastic Bender!
Had a commercial handrail job and needed a bender. Purchased the Eastwood High Capacity Tubing Bender with the 1 3/4" 240 degree die set, watched a few Youtube vids and decided to purchase the Air/Hydraulic 8 ton hydraulic ram from HF. , then went to Swagoffroad.com and ordered the mounting kit compatible with the Eastwood tubing bender. The bender performed with perfection bending 1 3/4" x .120 wall tubing up to 103 degrees for a final of 98 degrees. You have to bend a bout 5 degrees over your target to compensate for spring back. Attached are some photos. When the railings are out of powder coting and installed in front of Dollar Tree in Silverton Oregon, I will post them as well.

very well constructed
The leverage action makes it very to bend 1.5 inch .100 wall tubing A little tricky getting
tubing out of the die. but a heavy duty C-clamp solved the problem.

NEEDED addition!
I can't even imagine bending w/o this handle, as I had to add an ADDITIONAL 3ft of handle to be able to bend easily. I added a solid bar inside this handle and that slides in and out, as needed, and makes it all work WAY better.

Questions & Answers
How would you remove the material after you bent it to 240°?
you can tap the tubing off the tool by using a rubber or wooden mallet.

Does the 120 degree die work differently than the 240 and how? Tnx
The die does not operate any differently, but you will be limited to 120° or 240° maximum bends. If you need more than 120° of angle definitely go with a 240° die.
