Description
The green pyramid rust cutting media is to be used for light rust and paint removal on steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, pot metal and copper. The abrasive is blended throughout so that fresh abrasive is constantly exposed to the substrate that is being cleaned. You can continue to reuse the media until it literally disappears.

Application Tips
Use the Green Rust Sutting Media in the 8" bowl only. Use a ratio of 30% parts to 70% abrasive for best results. Add enough water to thoroughly wet media and parts but not so much that standing water is present.

Unfortunately, we do not have a grit reference for the Lite Cutting Green Tumbler Media.

We are using your tumbler for lapidary to tumble polish rocks. Is this media hardness enough to scratch rocks with hardness of 7 or more?
We never tested the Tumbler on rocks. It was designed for nuts and bolts.
