How wide apart can the rolls be place and still function? Looking to remove the offset roll and use the 2 vertically stacked rolls with 2 part silicone to mix an A & B part and then roll out even thickness sheet. Its about the consistency of clay.
We have never tested this tool in such a way. We designed the Slip Roll for sheet metal use.

Hello. I am looking for slip roll 14 gauge capacity. Do you sell this kind? and what is the price
We do not currently offer a slip roll which can roll 14 gauge metal. This bumps more into the industrial model.

Do you offer a longer crank? I am finding it difficult to turn.
I rebuilt the Handle myself. I made it 18" long. (Works great) It is not that hard to do, but remember not to increase the size of the material that you are rolling. I did and broke the gears. Replacement gear are not that easy to find. The company that sells these units should carry replacement parts also.

I am working on how to put flutes in a 10" wide x 120" long 26 gauge piece of stainless steel sheet. The flutes would only be 0.058 deep on 0.1875 spacing with rounded corners top and bottom. I make the rollers. The output needs to be flat. Workable?
Based on your description I do not believe that this tool would work for you.
