Can be applied over: Painted surfaces or epoxy-primed surfaces Surface Preparation: Abrade surface with 320-400 grit sandpaper. Clean with PRE Paint Prep. Pot Life: Approximately 48 hours after button is pushed and can is activated. Ideal application conditions:Temperature between 70-85 degrees F at 50% humidity or less. Approximate coverage: 10-16 Sq Ft

Always wear eye, skin and respiratory protection when using this product.Product contains Isocyanates, wear NIOSH approved breathing equipment. Always use in a well ventilated area away from open flame. Consult MSDS for specific safety warnings
Before activating, shake aerosol vigorously for 1 min. Take red button from cap. Rotate aerosol 180 degrees and attach button to pin on aerosol bottom. Place aerosol on firm ground upside down. Press red button with the ball of your hand until stop is reached.After activating, shake aerosol again vigorously for 2 min. Pot life 48 hours at 68 degreesF.
Can this Urethane be sanded smooth before the top coat? How long should I wait?

Yes, this high build primer is intended to be block sanded smooth prior to applying your paint/top coat. This is sand-able as soon as 1 hour after applying your last coat.

Can this be used directly over bare aluminum?

This primer should not be applied to bare metal. It should be applied over a primer such as Self Etch or Epoxy first.

Will this product be good for applying over an adhesion promoter for plastic and fiberglass body pieces?
