Clear coat slow activator
Works great! Has the perfect hardening time, lets the clear flatten alittle before hardening. Painted a whole vehicle, had no issues turned out amazing!

Long dry time
This clear has a nice shine and lays down nice with low orange peel. the low rating is because it does not dry. Minimum 24 hours before you can handle the surface without putting a fingerprint in it. I am painting a 69 c10 that is all apart with some new panels. I have to wait 24 hours in warm weather before removing the parts from the paint area in order to paint more parts.

Can this be used with the 2k Ceramic Gloss Chassis paint? Need a slow activator for high temps.
It can not. The 2k Chassis Black paints only have 1 activator option available.

This is to be used with only our Premium Show clear.

Going to paint my truck with hot rod matte clear and i have med activator. The temperature lately has been 80-90 degrees with 80 percent humidity what do you recommend i use?
With Temperatures in the 80-90 range we recommend reducing our Rat Rod Matte Clear with slow reducer to help the product flow out. If you can paint early in the morning or late at night when the temps are lower that is another great option.

Can this be used with Eastwood 4-1 base coat?
You will not want to use this activator with our Base coat paints. The part number for a slow reducer you need will be 50310zp.

can i use this in single stage paint
This is an activator for our Base coats only. Our single stage paints use the 3:1 Activator.
