Blaster heads will eventually wear out and lose efficiency. This replacement kit comes complete with suction head, 1/4" nozzle, air jet, and washer to repair guns in blast cabinets, siphon blasters, and abrasive guns.

The replacement Suction Head Assembly includes a 1/4" nozzle and air jet. To minimize the possibility of damaging this assembly inspect nozzle for wear for timely replacement. This suction head assembly fits all of our blast cabinets, the Model 90 (22026) and Blast out of a Bucket System (22009) as well as many of our competitors siphon blasters.

what is quality of the gun material. example(ss,ms,or iron) ,what is the maximum bar pressure it can with stand.

The body is made from a nonferrous alloy while the blast nozzle itself is made from mild steel. This tool is designed to be run at 80-90 PSI (5.5- 6.2 Bar)
