Great Item, must have
nothing bad to say bout them. Welded over 8 hrs and the first tip and nozzle are still working great. Bought a few extra for several years of trouble free welding

Better than the big name brands
I like these contact tips better than the name brand ones my welding supply store carries, or the name brand ones I have bought at Home Depot. I get about the same life out of them, and the squared off tip is flat out awesome. Whether I am using the tool that came with my Eastwood 175, or my welding pliers, it is SO much faster to pop these tips on and off than the tips with the rounded tops. I just ordered 10 more, and will probably junk the rest of the name brand tips when the Eastwood ones arrive.

Will these tips work with the 180 mig? Is 0.25 tips ok to use with 0.23 wire?
These tips will work great with the mig 180. These tips measure between .023 and .025 and are designed to work with .023-.025 wire.
