Great product.
I ordered the tips and they came in earlier than expected. I put 20 pounds of .030 Flux-Core wire through only one tip and still going strong

An improvement for MIG 135 welder
My new Eastwood MIG welder came with .030 wire and .035 tip. I purchased these .030 tips to match the welding wire I am using. After matching the tip to the same size wire I feel that there is an improvement to the ease and quality of welds. I think Eastwood should install correct tips (matched to the wire) in the welders they sell.

works great! best yet!!!
First off I don't have a flux core welder !! Do not like the finished product using flux core wire. I use a Miller maxtron 450 with a programmable wire feed, much better welds. As for the tips ,best I have come across to date, don't have issues with wire welding itself to tip so far , have over 15 hrs welding on one tip with no issues. Great product, highly recommend!! Thanks. RAMROD

I have a problem with the wire .03 welding it self to the tip. I have the problem weather its thin material or thick. I am using the anti splatter, What am I doing wrong? It seems to do it more often when its hot after welding a while.
First ensure you are running about a 1/4" stick out. Also try increasing your wire speed in general. If you still have issues please reach us directly by emailing [email protected]

Question, will .030 tips part number 12224 work with the new Mig 140 welder item number 33970 ? Also what about the nozzles , which item # ?
Yes, these tips will work with the MIG 140. The nozzle is item #12210
