Take on any big automotive painting job with this 2-gun DeVilbiss® Kit that includes a large HVLP Gun for top coats, primers and sprayable body fillers (includes 1.8mm and 1.3mm tips), and one Mini Spray Gun for detail work (1.0mm fluid tip). Air inlet for both: 1/4" NPS. Also includes 2 aluminum paint cups (600ml and 130ml), gun-mounted air regulator, and cleaning and adjustment tools.

Safety Information

Always wear a NIOSH-approved respirator, eye protection and skin protection when painting. Consult paint labeling and MSDS for exact safety precautions. Always paint in a ventilated area away from open flames or sparks. Consult local and federal laws when disposing of excess paints, primers, clears and solvents. To increase paint gun life, dissemble and clean the gun as soon as you are done painting.

Application Tips

use for complete paint jobs, partial paint jobs and detail work. For use with solvent borne paints- waterbased paints may corrode internal components if not cleaned properly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice I got these to replace some cheapo guns I bought similar to tcp 3 gun kit. these ar far and away better, easy to adjust, easy to clean nice even pattern. the case is almost useless and the spanner doesn't fit much. but the guns them selves are nice.

We lost our spray gun system in a garage fire in June, after several months of looking for a good product at a great price, we found the Devilbiss system and so far, we have absolutely no complaints. Eastwood sent the system out the same day as ordered and we received it even before expected. I would recommend this to anyone who has a need for an auto spray kit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did The Job for Me I needed a decent spray gun and bought this kit based upon the Devilbiss name. An important consideration for me is the ability to buy replacement parts when I need them. I got the kit on sale and this ended up being a very good value for the price. I used the detail gun to spray two part epoxy clear coat on my project and the end result was good. I have not used the large gun yet but I expect it will work for what I need for my next larger project. I did determine that the low cost disposable paint cups from Harbor Freight will work on the large gun. I am happy with the guns and like the case to keep everything organized.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would recommend with fix Guns work great.Although the threads on the paint cup are extremely fine and cross threading happens routinely. The two tips really come in handy and are easy to switch. Overall easy to work with, but cup problem needs a solution.

This set I've already had to order a rebuild kit because the packing washer does not seal to the needle and won't spray steady. Customer service was no help told me I'd have to call devillbis to get replacement parts or send the whole kit back. This was for the touch up gun I have not used the big gun yet.

wht adaptor do I need for the decups to work with this guns

The full size gun would require a DPC 81 and the detail gun will require a DPC 64

Is this a good tool for spraying nitrate and butyrate dope aircraft coatings?

Unfortunately those coatings our outside our test parameters so we don't even know what size nozzles are recommended. We would not be able to say how these paint guns would work.

Can I get larger nozzles for the large gun? The 1.8 is not big enough to spray the Contour Polyester Primer Surfacer.

Since these are entry level guns there are no extra tips available. Two of our Concours guns have larger tip options. The Concours PRo has up to a 2.0 tip and the Concours has up to a 2.2 tip.

This will just require a compressor capable of producing at least 13 CFM @ 30 PSI.
