I work on furniture and spray lacquers. Will this work with lacquers, mainly tinting stains, but some paint ?
As long as the material you are spraying is thinned and will pass the nozzle

Can epoxy primer be applied with an airbrush?
I wouldnt. I would only spray water based acrylics, urethanes, or any other reduced pigmented paint as some other artists has refined for thier personal use. I would not spray clear coats of any kind particularly 2k, or epoxy primer because the O rings inside this can be damaged. I wouldnt chance it. get a single action spray gun for heavier applications like 2k clears, and epoxy primers.

Can you spray clear coat through this or any airbrush?
Waterbaseed Clear can, if you can thin it and it still cover what you want.. 2K clears cannot be applied with a .35 Airbrush
