What is the difference between a tack wipe an a paint prep white? Thanks!
The "tack" cloth has a sticky substance embedded in it to pick up any dust right before you paint. This is the last step prior to painting, often done just minutes before you spray. The regular "wipes" are generally lint-free paper towels that are designed to be used with a product like Pre Paint Prep that is a cleaner and degreaser. Wipe the project with the Pre using these lint free cloths to remove all grease and dirt. Then just prior to painting, wipe with the 'tack' cloth.
