can you use d-kups with this gun or only the cup that comes with it?
You could used the Dekups with this paint gun if you purchase the DPC-64 adapter. Unfortunately we do not offer this adapter currently.

I realize the gun specs call for 8cfm @ 30psi. My compressor puts out 7.2cfm @ 40psi, so I am assuming at 30 psi it would put out a little more cfm. Has anyone used a compressor this size or smaller with this gun? My compressor is 27 gal, not 22 gal.
Your compressor is going to be under powered for this paint gun. You may want to consider our Concour Pro Detail as this only requires 3 CFM.

I have a Craftsman 22 Gal compressor 7.2cfm @ 40psi & 5.8cfm @ 90psi. Will this compressor be enough for this gun?
This gun requires 8 cfm at 30@psi.

Hi, I purchased this gun from Eastwood a couple months ago and I've used it once. I cleaned it with reducer, put approx 50ml of reducer in the cup and blew it out. I noticed that it now air leaks into the cup and the spray is erratic is this normal? help!
when you say "nozzle" what are you referring to? The air cap? The air cap is tight, the cup is tight, and the supply air fitting is tight. When I pull the trigger, air is blown/bubbling into the cup and the spray is erratic.

Yes, it will work well for any touch up work you need to do.

Do they make larger Fluid tips for the 802405 ?
You would need to go directly through Devilibiss for other tips.
