Can this break bend a U shape 1” on the bottom and 1/2” sides?
BENDING BRAKE OPERATION
With all the fingers in place, bends up to 90° and can be made in 20 gauge mild steel panels up to 12” wide. It will not bend a "U" shape.

Can this machine flatten a piece of 22 ga. sheet copper. The roller seems to only be able to coil pieces. Can one of the three rollers be removed to allow the sheet to come out flatter? I bought this machine to flatten the cut edges of sheet copper pieces
Hi Nick, Thanks for the input. Feeding the piece in backwards just coils it in the opposite direction. The machine does work to straighten or even out cut edges deformed from using hand shears, but I was hoping to avoid having to hammering the whole piece flat with a mallet for my purpose afterwards. can we cut a 1/8 '' thick plastic? what is the height that the knife lifts?
The shearing edge lifts 3/4" off the base, but it will not work for 1/8" plastic.

Would this shear cut 14 ga. sterling silver sheet?
14 ga. is too thick for this machine.

Would this work for making boxes? If so what is the height limit for the sides?
The description says it has 5 removable fingers. Is there anyone who has made a box with this that can answer?

How will this work on aluminum license plates ?
As long as those plates are thinner than the max 16ga aluminum and will fit in the 12" dimensions you should have no issues using this machine.

Can this machine roll cones?
This machine would not work for this sort of application.

Can I make a 2-1/2" radius in 0.05" 6Al-4V (grade 5) annealed titanium alloy? Also what about a 2" radius in 0.05" Inconel 625 or Alloy X?
This tool will not be able to handle this request.
