Amazing!Eastwood's 2K catalyst coatings are nothing short of amazing. I think the Satin 2K is fine by itself.
the 2K nozzles are the best you will be able to find.

Is the Eastwood 2K AeroSpray Satin Black Rally Wheel Paint a direct to chrome paint that does not require a primer?
Can you also use an epoxy primer under this topcoat if needed?

This paint should really be applied over a primer. Epoxy primer would be a great choice for this application in reference and would certainly be compatible with this wheel paint.
