Very nice
I own 2 craftsman vvv series use made flex head ratchets. The Eastwood one looks to have nice finish and smoother action than the craftsman. I like the locking flex joint that the craftsman don’t have. The Eastwood is better in every aspect and totally worth the price.

Awesome Ratchet!
I bought this ratchet to replace another that finally wore out, that the manufacturer wouldn't replace it even though it supposedly had a "lifetime warranty" . I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and features of this Eastwood ratchet. The fine tooth and smooth operation and locking head position are a plus along with the nice finish make it easy to use. Overall this is a great ratchet for the price!

Works great but one problem.
Problem: When engaging the flex head the flex head slips it's angle as if the splines are not cut deep enough for the button which allows the slippage. BE CAREFUL WHEN TIGHTENING BOLTS. GET SOME NICE FINGER BUSTING ACTION GOING ON. Would I buy another? Not untill they fix this problem.

Rachet direction selector arm has broken off about a year ago. Have sent at least a dozen emails without a response. So much for the warranty. Spent a few dollars more on a ICON brand that is more consistent with name brand tools, mainly tooth count and direction arm isn't backward.
