Will these work in the Harbor Freight English Wheel?
Just bought the Eastwood anvils , they are much higher quality than hf , hf anvil set is about 40$ and Eastwood’s are about 130$ , you can’t get hf anvils anymore anyway

Does this kit include the actual upper wheel in addition to the anvil wheels?
This kit only includes the anvil wheels.

How wide are these anvil dies? Not the radius they create, but the dimensions of the actual anvil.
These are 2 inches wide and 3.2 in diameter.

Do these have the flats in the center to help with working the panel and prevent marking?
Yes our wheels have very small flats, they aren’t full /true radius anvils.
