Ultrasonic cleaner is awesome
This is a excellent ultrasonic cleaner I use it mostly to clean gun parts but I’m sure itlll work great for any automotive cleaning

Best Yet
I have a smaller ultrasonic cleaner that I use to clean up firearms and brass shells for reloading that works well. But it's small. I bought this 9L unit because we have lots of carburetors at work from small engines. They gunk up easily from the cheap ethanol fuel we now have to use and most are not rebuildable so we wound up buying lots of carburetors every year. With this unit I can remove the float bowels from the carbs and drop them into the heated tank and let it run an hour and the carbs come out like new. I've also used it on other items as well. I use the purple Simple Green cleaner, which is safe for aluminum. The adjustable heat temperature and long runtimes make this a great tool for cleaning a wide number of items.

Works well for a small unit, cleans well and is easy to drain.
Overall it works well and does get hot if you wait long enough. I wished it was a little deeper and held larger objects. Still experimenting with cleaning solutions but the heat is where it is at. Degas function works well and the timer is excellent.
