Questions & Answers
I am painting a two tone, and thinking about your champagne single stage. Is this available in quarts?
Unfortunately, it is not. The only size offering we sell is what we list on our website which will be gallons or gallon kits for mostly all of our colors.

What is the pro vs con using single stage vs basecoat? I would be using a clear coat either way, but just wondering why the cost of single stage is substantially cheaper than just basecoat. I would like the best finish and longest lasting in the end.
Durability wise there isn't really a major difference- both will yield the same durability.IN the past (years ago) SSU tended to not yield as durable of a finish in comparison but with many advancements and changes this really isn't much of a factor at all anymore. The main reason for the cost difference is the quantity of paint. Our Basecoat paints yield 5 useable quarts once mixed whereas our SSU kits yield 4 quarts (1 useable gallon) once mixed.
