Easy to use and sandMy first time using this product and so far I am pleased. Seems to be an improvement on the can, just seems to open and seal better. This product mixes with the hardner very well because it is a yellow color and turns a light brown when you mix the blue hardner. This stuff sets up and is easy to sand. I have previously used aluminum filled putty which is hard to mix and hard to sand.

what prep is needed to apply this filler over Eastwoods epoxy primer?

We do not recommend letting fast etch touch body filler. Fast Etch will damage that finish.
