Great Plasma cutting table
I mounted this table on the end of my welding table so it folds out of the way when I am not using it, this table works very well for the cutting that I do, I also removed every other cutting bar so I have 10 replacement spares.

Portable plasma cutter table and stand
Just started using the portable table and stand the other day with new plasma cutter. Works well for my small cutting needs. Just need to figure out some sort of spark flue/deflector to attach to the bottom of table to reduce spark shower from cutting to a more manageable cutting residual.

Is this suitable for use with light duty Oxy cutting?
No, you cannot use an oxy-acetylene torch on a plasma cutting table or top. Plasma cutting tables are specifically designed for plasma cutting technology, which involves the use of a plasma arc to cut through metal. The two methods are fundamentally different and require distinct setups.

What makes it a "plasma cutting surface" specifically. Appears to be light weight metal bars to support the object being cut. Would they not be destroyed by the plasma torch.
Perhaps you need to GOOGLE 'plasma cutting table' and see how every other comparable product is laid out/why
