Quality and nice design
I haven't had the occasion to use it yet, but it appears well made and of high quality and I am confident that I will be more than please with it, since I had a lesser quality similar tool and it worked okay and was not of as good a quality.

Must have
Product comes in a nice plastic case. You do have to hammer them onto the lugs and then chisel the lugs out but that was to be expected. Worked flawlessly!

Ripp 'Em Off......
Excellent quality. ---- Make sure that you order the proper size sockets for the lug nuts to be removed. Light truck lug nuts will be slightly larger in diameter. The kit didn't fit my needs.

Damaged lug nut removal tool
I had to replace a damaged, flat tire on my 44 year old boat trailer. But the lug nuts were rusted and seized onto the lug bolts. My first try knocked the corners off the lug nuts, making my lug wrench useless. I tried every trick in the book, to remove them, but nothing worked. Auto stores didn't have any tools that would work either!!! I ordered these socket wrenches, popped them on my 1/2" 2ft long torque bar, and the lug nuts came right off. Color me delighted!

Worked as advertised
Bought a different truck a few months back. When I removed the hubcap on one of the wheels it was clear that the lugs had been over tightened and slightly stripped. I could not do anything to force 3 of the 8 to come off and ended up stripping them worse. The kit worked perfectly to dig into the stripped lugs and then hold their bite while I used an impact to get them off. Only problem was that I had to use a hammer to force the removal sockets onto the lugs and then had to use a punch to knock the lugs out of the socket afterwards. Still worked awesome overall though.

Hope to be able to use this, it did not work on 17mm lug,
I bought this tool set to remove a lug nut (takes a 19mm socket) on a Dodge Grand Caravan. The factory lug nuts have a chrome cap but the design causes the nut to deform where that cap starts to spin around the nut. Removed the cap and then the nut should take an 18mm socket which did not work and the edges rounded off. Tried the Eastwood 17mm lug remover but it was too large.
Usually I work on VW that have lug bolts that use a 17mm socket and these lug bolts sometimes strip and become rounded. The Eastwood tools appear well made and strong, but the 17mm removal tool is WAY too large to even tightly fit on a 17mm lug nut/bolt that is in great condition. I had to purchase another brand that had a 17mm remover socket that fit a 17mm rounded VW lug bolt and allowed me to remove it fast and easy.
First tool I had bought from Eastwood and was disappointed but I will keep this set for hopefully a possible future need.

Once you get the lug nut off and it's stuck in the socket, how do you remove the damaged lug nut from the socket?
Put the socket in a vise and use a punch and hammer them out. A dead blow hammer will work well for this.

How deep are the sockets? Have long studs with stripped lugnuts
This socket is approximately 2 1/4" deep where a stud would go.

Was wondering what the outside diameter of the 19mm socket is? Tried a reverse thread version lug nut removal tool from another manufacturer and the OD is too large to fit into the lug nut recess of the rim.
The OD of each socket are:
17mm socket= 25.25mm OD
19mm socket= 27.5mm OD
21mm socket= 30mm OD

What is the exterior diameter of the 19mm one (or of everyone of them)?
