What is the recommended 240v Amp breaker and circuit to run this welder?

Breaker Size: A 50-amp breaker is recommended. Circuit: A dedicated 240 VAC circuit is required for proper operation.

In the pictures are shown a variable foot pedal control (used for aluminum?) "AND" a finger tip control on the torch head. Is the finger tip control an on/off for activate the welding circuit OR a On/Off position for contact touch to begin welding?
