Yes, a perfect choice by many. Extreme Chassis Black can be applied over Rust Encapsulator Plus. You should wait at least 4 hours and no more than 48 hours to apply the topcoat. If more than 48 hours have passed, the surface must be abraded with a red Scotch-Brite pad or 320-grit sandpaper to ensure proper adhesion.
