Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fixed inconsistent wire feed issue. I ran out of my 0.030" flux core wire from Eastwood and had to get some locally. Unfortunately using the replacement wire it would not feed consistently, stopping and starting. I ordered this knurled drive roller for my Eastwood MIG 180 welder and it solved the problem. (Also ordered 3 more rolls of wire).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Knurled Drive Roller I feel this knurled drive roller should have come with welder, the welder states it can use flux core wire, so I don't know why I had to order and pay for a knurled roller and the high shipping. Eastwood has some fantastic products, and this disappointed me that it wasn't included with welder.

will this work on your mig 90

So my eastwood 141i mp. Comes with a knuraled .30 wire roller. Would this knuralled roller fit this 141i model they look the exact same

the stock roller for .023 wire doesnt work on the mig 180 i just purchased do i need the knurled one instead?

Yes, this can be used on our MIG180 welder and works best with flux core wire.

Got the knurled .6-.8 drived roller eastwood sent me. Im gonna use .35 flux wire which the mig 135 settings panel says i need to use on a .9 drive roller. Will it work on the knurled .8 side of roller

The .8 side of the roller is also a .9 side and will run the .035 flux wire .

According to mig welder 135. U need a .9 knurled drive roller for .35 flux wire. Will 0.35 flux wire designed for .9 knurled drive roller work on a .8 knurled drive roller

It may work but you run the risk of crimping the wire if the roller is adjusted too tight.
