I needed to do a "rebuild" on a stinger i have and the parts are good quality and fit every time like they should. Why do you include .023 if you can’t use them on the 250i why not let us get more .035 tips instead?
We are going to be offering a 0.023" drive roller set for the MP250i/old MIG 250 soon under the part number #66180.

Are the .023 contact tips available separately for the mp200i? I cannot find them, just other sizes. Also, I think the contact tip information under the accessories drop down on the welder page is incorrect, which is probably causing some confusion.
Liam, the ones Kelly linked will fit. They do not have the same look but the thread is the same. We do not sell the particular ones in this kit separately, sorry.

What are the the compatible sizes or numbers with the tips, nozzles, defussers and holders for the 250i mig torch? I don't seem to be lucky enough to order them when in stock and need some compatible consumables.
These are for a ERGO24 style MIG torch.

Are the tips 8mm thread?
The contact tips are M6-1.0 is the contact tip thread. This is the standard thread for Tweeco and Tweeco/binzel hybrid consumables

i just purchased a multi 250 welder , it does good so far with mig welding , the problem i am having is the torch diffuser is very brittle easy to brake . is this a common problem ? is there a better diffuser i can purchase .
This is the only diffuser we offer presently. The diffuser will be broken easily if after using the welder and this item gets hot and if the torch is dropped then the diffuser will crack or break. Try placing the torch in a holder so it does not accidentally fall.

do you have consumables for a Hobart 135 mig? purchased from eastwood several yrs ago
We do not sell any Hobart welders. Our units are made specifically for us and our MIG135 utilizes a Tweeco Classic No. 1 style torch.
