I am having birdnest problems running 0.30 silicone bronze wire. Understand sil-b wire is softer and more susceptible to jamming. Is this liner "teflon"? Will it address my problems? Suggestions?

Asked by: KCPut
If your wire is "bird-nesting" with a standard MIG gun, I would look at purchasing a spool gun.

This liner will take .25 ,.30 ,.35 wire ? I'm having trouble with a new liner, I just about have to pull the 35 through. Roller won't push it through. Are there different size liners?

Asked by: Bill
Our liners will feed up to the .035 wire in the MIG 135 without any trouble. We recommend checking contact tip size to ensure it matches, fine tuning you drive roller tension, fine tuning wire spool tension, and if running a lot of flux wire consider picking up a knurled drive roller.
